[POP 3.9.2] All my weapons have morphed?

Wondering if anyone else has this issue? Between my last save and when I logged on just now, all my weapons/armor have changed to different items.

My large bags of Noldor Arrows are now large bags of Practice Arrows. My Ruby Bow is now a mid-grade heritage daja bow, and my ruby runesword is now an Ebony dueling sword.

Even if I load older saves, this is still the case. Is this some issues with a recent update?
