Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How can I defend four sieges at once? (PoP)

I broke free of Ravenstern, and every kingdom except for DShar eventually declared. Now the Empire is sieging Marleons, the Fierdsviain Hrolfson Castle, the Sarleons Salvador Castle, and Raverstern is sieging Valonbray. I decided to defend Marleons but, the Empire has just been sitting on the siege for a week without attacking. How can I get out of this situation without losing everything? I can handle one siege at a time, but not four.
