Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What does Early Access mean?

I mean what does it really mean... Why not just set a full release date? Is it because they know it’s a buggy mess? Are they running out of money and just need to get something out? Opinions below please...
