Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. When does being a horse archer get any good?

I have 6 power draw, 4 horse archery, little under 200 archery. It just seems pointless. Takes like 3 shots to kill even a guy with average armor unless you get a head shot. Plus it's just tedious.

I could do three times the damage with like 4 power strike and a bardiche.

If you need something like 10 power draw to be effective, then that's kinda retarded.
