Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can I cheat relations with a landowner?

I failed a quest because the town I had to visit was under seige and I couldnt get in, the quest failed before the seige was over. I'd rather not lose a whole 15 relation for such a stupid reason when I've only just started, is there a way for me to edit the relations of a landowner via the developer console?

I'm trying to edit the relation of Luichan, but whenever I input campaign.change_hero_relation 15 Luichan, it adds that relation to his clan and he remains at -15
