Hey folks! Question about War Sails.

I’m still a new player at Mount & Blade. My friend has the PS+ catalogue so I gave Warband a shot and liked it, I’ll be sure to play it on PC! I’m interested in buying War Sails. Can I cheat relations with a landowner?

I failed a quest because the town I had to visit was under seige and I couldnt get in, the quest failed before the seige was over. I'd rather not lose a whole 15 relation for such a stupid reason when I've only just started, is there a way for me to edit the relations of a landowner via the developer console?

I'm trying to edit the relation of Luichan, but whenever I input campaign.change_hero_relation 15 Luichan, it adds that relation to his clan and he remains at -15
