Can AI factions give away fiefs to others?

Super weird, in this stage of the game where Vlandia owned a lot of Sturgias cities like Varcheg, Omor, and Epricrotea from the Northern Empire. Well something super weird just happened, all three of those cities just swapped to Sturgia. No siege, still at war it's extremely confusing. Is this a glitch or can cities just flip like that? d3d device context error

d3d device context error

Hey everyone! First off let me say I have made a forum post in regards to this issue, and havnt heard a response - I have also sent the crash dump with an explanation. But I want to know if anyone else is having this error constantly?

This is the error message that I am getting whenever I load the game. After the anvil screen before the main menu loads for singleplayer, and then for multiplayer it loads to the main menu but if I go to armoury etc it crashes the same way.

I have tried pretty much any fix I could find, and to no avail, bellow is a list of things I have tried:

  • Graphics Card Driver Update
  • Nvidea GeForce Driver Update
  • Fresh Reinstall
  • Verify Integrity
  • tdrLevel etc on Regedit
  • Windows Update
  • Scanned for any kind of cryptojackers
  • Run as admin, tried multiple different launch methods (including lowering graphics in geforce)
  • Running in safe mode
  • Underclocking, overclocking, and stock clocking with MSI afterburner and through Mobo
  • Deleting bannerlord files from c/programfiles
  • Deleting game saves
  • Deleting specific files
  • Turning off shader in nvidea control panel
  • Capping frames in nvidea control panel
  • Changing system pagefile

And there are a few more I cant remember. I have tried nearly every single fix I could find, but nothing is working and taleworld doesnt seem to have a fix either - and are saying its a GPU error not a game error. I have played games like Doom Eternal, The Forest, R6S, DayZ, Rust etc all since getting this error and none of these games crash like this, so I fail to see that it is a GPU issue. Any suggestions?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
