Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. The only way this could've been better is if Monchug died instead of his companion. submitted by /u/Glorf_Warlock [link] [comments]

Things players would like to see in Bannerlord

I'll try to make a list of things I would like to have in Bannerlord and things I read others like to see.

  1. Steam workshop - for obvious reasons

  2. Bring back the old unit selection before 1.7 and integrate it into the new system. - the new system is pretty decent but would be even better if we could still adjust the eight groups individually. Pikemen are kind of useless atm because they get mixed into Infantry.

  3. Diplomacy is a pain in the a... - sending out Herolds or a companion to deliver a massage or seeking a lord and complete a quest would be nice to have. Peace should have a cooldown as well as war declaration.

  4. AI army's should take a longer time to regain troops after a defeat. - And / or they should have to take the garrison themselves. But defeating an army of 1000 and releasing the lords only to have them attack 3 Minutes later with the same force is really not that funny...

  5. Sally out battles - I know they are work in progress but real battles in front of the castle or city would be nice especially because it would give cav a purpose in sieges. A swift cav charge out of the gates.... Ride to death and glory (sorry Theoden)

  6. Upgrade villages - like in warband. Better recruits

  7. Armor smithing - not for money making reasons but to personalize your armor and extend the variety of smithing and armor in general. Leather, linen, fur and wool are already available so good crafting ingredients.

Comment what you miss in the game. I play vanilla at the moment cause moding is to difficult to install and not always up to date.

Be save

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
