Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Maximizing skills

Maximizing skills. In some tutorial I read that to unlock all the perks in a skill, it is enough to give 4 focus points and 9 attributes or 5 focus and 6 attributes. Whether it is up to date?
