Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. How do you get construction up in castles?

So It's been awhile since I've had one huge campaign like I'm doing. I was looking through my castle I was gifted, and I saw construction along with the things I can build. How do I get my construction up? Does it fill up over a course of time or do I need to get materials and tools to get it up?
