Hidden debug menus?

While visiting a lady, I somehow had a menu pop up that I'd never seen before. I should've grabbed a screenshot but didn't.

It showed that my current odds of successfully wooing her were 0, and guaranteed success was at 20 rep.

I assume it somehow glitched out and gave me a debug menu of some sort. Is anybody familiar with these? Can they be triggered on demand, or was this a one-off glitch and you'd have to mod to restore them?
