Save game crashes and in a "unhandled exception" Mscorlib ERROR [1.7.2]

Closed the game to configure some mods, started the game, attempted to load save up. Crashes to a error window [BELOW]. Same happens with previous saves in that world as well . I'll include the load order with mods as well. I'm new to modding so it wouldn't surprise me that I did something stupid.
