[MODDING HELP] Snow in Scene Editor?

I've been messing in the BL scene editor, and when messing with the Map Icon Prefabs on any scene I make, there are spots in the scene's area that give it a snow overlay?

I imagine this is how the devs tackled snowy settlements without having to make a whole bunch of separate snowy assets, but I cannot for the life of me figure out where the source is?

Or if its even snow???

No decals no nothing in the provided vid, just some terraforming on a new blank scene. Any modders know what's up?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
