i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Noob Modding question

So I saw this mod called NeoGK that adds siege equipment, and I'm aware that it is compatible to be installed in Native singleplayer.

My question is that can I install it in several different modded modules like the 16th Century mod so that those modules can also have siege equipment? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
