i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. What do i do now

I've just quit vlandia to conquer a rebel jalmarys and i was wondering what next. How do i start my empire. Do i declare my new empire or keep it low? What are the other faction will do with me in my little city and a few man?
