Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. What do i do now

I've just quit vlandia to conquer a rebel jalmarys and i was wondering what next. How do i start my empire. Do i declare my new empire or keep it low? What are the other faction will do with me in my little city and a few man?
