i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Literally made an account just to ask this

How to I take prisoners from castles (nobles) so I can execute them? I have almost every single southern empire noble locked in my castles including rhaega and I want to kill them all because funny. This is my first playthrough, but I know the consequences of killing nobles. Don't try to talk me out of it. I already decided.
