i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Why is it impossible for my kingdom to finish wars out?

Every time we’re whooping an enemy kingdom, a peace offering comes up and everybody instantly accepts. We could be on the doors of their final town and they would still vote for the 4K tribute they’re offering. Ridiculous. I spend all my influence organizing a huge army to make a run through their territory and suddenly we’re at peace. What am I gonna do with these 1000 soldiers I’ve gathered now?
