i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Lost ability to declare kingdom?

I’m quite late into my play through on sandbox mode where i chose not to declare myself as a kingdom, if i had to guess I own at least 80% of the map, and both the founder of my clan and his spouse are deceased and i’m currently playing as my children. Did i lose the ability declare myself a kingdom when the founder of my clan died? i don’t see the icon
