Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Crime and Governors

Okay guys this one is a 2 part question. 1)Should I kill the crime bosses in my city? Are there any repercussions? And 2) how do I find the right culture governor? Is it just luck or is there an easier way?
