Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Decay of high influence?

I noticed a modifier that just showed up on my influence that is -15 and continuing to grow and its making me constantly lose influence points. How does it work so I can stop hemorrhaging my points?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
