In my current game im going on 3 years with nobody declaring war on me. I spent several years going from kingdom to kingdom as a mercenary. I would always let lords go so by the time i settled down and made my own kingdom i was friends with roughly 70% of all clans on the map. Nobody declares war on you if you're friends with everyone. Western Empire declared war and are being a pain in the ass but we've been beating them pretty badly. Now suddenly Aserai decided they're mad so I'm running all over the place. I started Bannerlord playing Realm of Thrones Mod. Having never played the vanilla game I wanted to try it after my extensive play through. After playing the vanilla version for 4 hours I started a new Realm of Thrones play through, the attention to detail in the armor, units and landscape is such a better experience than the vanilla game. I feel like all the armor and weapons in the vanilla game are so boring and un imaginative that it didn’t give me any incentive to grind for the “top tier” loot. I'm trying to restore the empire, I've managed already to capture every city and castle from Aserai and Khuzait, so they made peace and the quest concluded, but Vlandia and Battania have proven much more difficult by the fact that Khuzait and Aserai simply refuse to die... MFs have no fief to their names, can field, at best, 100 men, maybe 150, have paid so much "contribution" that Rhagaea can build herself a new palace entirely made of gold, but they still declare war on us every 6 months or so. I've searched about it and it seems the only way is by executing every single adult in every single clan of the faction, but damn... I've reenacted the French revolution, Khuzait is sitting on 6 clans and maybe 10 adults total, Aserai is sitting on 5 clans and about 8 adults, but they just won't die! I'm sick and tired of chop chop, the game takes eons to parse the however many character you change relationship with, the noise is driving me mad and the const...

I’m new to MBB2 and joined the southern empire a few days ago and just became a vessal. The problem is our council seems to suck ass at treaties because we’re going to war with two other empires that surround us and they’re claiming a lot of our furthest settlements. They also have much more power than us. I was wondering how hard it would be for me to dip on them and go join another faction instead? I’ve still haven’t gotten a settlement or castle to myself with SE. the only thing really tying me to them is being Married to Ira. I’m guessing if she just “succombs” I could get rid of that issue? Also, are other empire’s different as in better at treaties or sending troops to aid other major settlements or will it be the same exact thing ? Before 1.2.7, most of my starting troops defending the walls in a siege were elite tier troops and could wreck most enemies stepping off the ladders. After 1.2.7, the game has 100% militia as my starting lineup; those brave fools get utterly wiped out by the elite tier enemies climbing over the walls. By the time my own elite troops show up as reinforcements, the enemy army is swarming inside the settlement and it's game over. I rarely ever messed around with the sliders before a siege battle, so help a veteran noob: how do I get my elite troops at the start of a siege? Thank you for reading! I reverted my version to 1.1.6 as I'm much more interested in running a modded playthrough than playing vanilla on the latest release version. I've been trying to put together a (fairly) lean modlist, but I'm always getting crashes on startup during the loading screen and before the main menu. I'm pretty familiar with modding (been doing so since Morrowind) and mostly used Mod Organizer for Bethesda titles. With those, the complex mods required something like Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE), same for Fallout (FLSE), etc. I found BLSE and was hoping to integrate that into MO2 to use that as my launch .exe through the MO2 interface, but I'm having a hard time finding instructions on how to integrate BLSE into MO2 in order to get a stable playthrough going. Any input here is very much appreciated -- thank you! For reference, here is the mod order that BUTRLauncher sorted for me when launching the game via BUTRLauncher (from the Steam client)...

I honestly can't believe Taleworks overlooked this. So I'm working for the Southern Empire right now, and they declared war on the Khuzaits. Of course, I got absolutely shitstomped because the Khuzaits have so many cavalry, it doesn't matter how strong your army is (not saying mine was particularly powerful at the time considering I'm only a mercenary, but still). Anywho, I'm playing this save completely linearly. No save scumming. I'm sort of regretting that now because after being captured by the Khuzaits, they won't let me go. Yeah, I can pay the ransom to be let free, or escape by random happenstance, but I'm so far into their territory that I literally can't escape from them because of my low morale and their ridiculous speed. A few days ago I picked up the game again, having played bursts of it back in 2017 and again in 2020 prior. Now I have the goal of 100% of achievements and maxing out the trading card badge. Hey everyone! I was looking at the top 100 mods from moddb and I saw that only 2 mods barely made to the top 100 - "A World of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones) (M&B Warband) and The Old Realms (M&B II). So many good mods doesn't exist anymore and doesn't get updated. Perisno and Prophesy of Pendor are the ones that I have most fond memories and there's almost no "total conversion" mods for M&B II. We don't even have a "Top 10 Mods of the Month" votes in this sub anymore. So, I'm really thinking that the mod community is dying. This is my third play through and as far as I was aware you couldn't have a clan member do both unless I'm incorrect? Been this way for several in game years. why are they so weak compared to other factions like Battania and the kuzhaits. is it something deep like the economy isn't good or the troop trees are weak compared to most, Whenever I do a playthrough they get wiped off in short time .
