Vassal armies

My vassals don’t seem to make armies, even when I’m fighting a 4 front war? Is it because I just don’t have many vassals? I was a vassal for the aserai, started a abdication faction, and won the civil war (can’t remember the mod) managed to get these guys in my side, but whenever I’m in a war now, nobody starts an army, nobody seems to have any involvement in the war whatsoever. Is there a policy I need to enact? Or do I just need more vassals? The only land I really have is the original aserai section (which I have all of) I have some fiefs but as you can see almost everyone has at least 1. Any help would be appreciated! Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
