STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Marriage problems

So I may have made the mistake of pillaging too hard and now my guy is old. I’m trying to marry and smooch her up super fast to get some babies flowing. I was gonna marry a Battanian babe to keep the bloodline clean, but for some dumb reason she refuses to talk to me anymore about marriage so something must have gone wrong previously and I forgot to reload. No matter I’ll convince the clan leader. Well it doesn’t show that as an option either! What do I do now to win over this timber babe?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
