All I see on this sub is, "How do I kill my wife?", "How do I kill my King?". What happened to loyalty? What happened to romance? Maybe I'm just a simple man, but when I play this game there's a few things I do no matter what. I team up with CalaDawg and teach Dirthead the ancient Battanian technique of projectile induced dismounting. And I marry a nice Sturgian woman who I will love and protect until the day I die. Under absolutely NO circumstance do I use javelins for evil. God help any poor foolish AI who dares to capture my wife, because it won't be long before their head rolls. [PC] Do I need to add BLSE as an executable to Mod Organizer 2 in order to use that as my primary .exe and get the mods for 1.1.6 to play nice together? Looking for instructions on how to do so.

I reverted my version to 1.1.6 as I'm much more interested in running a modded playthrough than playing vanilla on the latest release version.
I've been trying to put together a (fairly) lean modlist, but I'm always getting crashes on startup during the loading screen and before the main menu.
I'm pretty familiar with modding (been doing so since Morrowind) and mostly used Mod Organizer for Bethesda titles. With those, the complex mods required something like Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE), same for Fallout (FLSE), etc.
I found BLSE and was hoping to integrate that into MO2 to use that as my launch .exe through the MO2 interface, but I'm having a hard time finding instructions on how to integrate BLSE into MO2 in order to get a stable playthrough going.
Any input here is very much appreciated -- thank you!
For reference, here is the mod order that BUTRLauncher sorted for me when launching the game via BUTRLauncher (from the Steam client). If you spot any mods here that are known to cause a crash (I'm just realizing Dismemberment (Plus) for v1.1.5 might be a culprit) and that I might be able to get this sorted via BUTRLoader instead of going the Mod Organizer --> BLSE route, please give me a heads up!:
