i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Did i do smth wrong?

So im currently trying to increase my clan tier to join the vlandians as a merc. I look at their war tab see that they are at war with the battanians, so i raid one of the battanians captured villages. Suddenly, every lord in vlandia is at -24 relation with me. What happened?
