i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Diplomacy Litdum Autocalc

Hello evryone, I've been playing in Diplomacy for days now (I was a native player for most of the time.) I am curious if Diplomacy has improved the Autobattle mechanics or is it the same as Native?
