im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. How to reveal dragon banner as the king?

So I married the daughter of the Sultan of the Aserai. I sat on the banner and did not reveal it. My father in law died, and everyone voted me the new Sultan. Sweet.

What do I click to reveal that I have the Dragon Banner and I want to declare myself the super cool guy of the universe?
