i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. I Dont Get whyI ahave not gained any fiefs yet.

I have joined the southern empire as a vassal. I was given corenia castle. And nothing Else. I have Taken Castles and towns solo Or as an army Leader. And it always go to someone else in the vote for the peice of land. I Also have high relation With a good amount of nobles too. But Only to Either not be in the vote or not have the support in it. What Should i do?
