i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Latest update messing up clans

Did the most recent update mess with clans after taking a factions last fief? I just took the last battanian fief and it immediately said they’ve been destroyed, then all the now independent clans declared war on me. I wasn’t able to recruit them, even after paying for peace. Now the game has just made them all disappear including the people in them.
