i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Prisoner Exploit still active?

At Poros (I own) and ransoming prisoners, then they appear in dungeon, then I transfer them to my party, ransom again, etc-

This isn’t a new bug right? I thought it was patched a long while ago
