im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Absurd 1v siege defense

Write a narration/explanation realistically explaining this absurd defense.

Basically was super outnumbered so I did a bunch of simulations and one left them with 10 or so troops. Then I remembered I could still fight them myself.
