i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. What should i be doing (new player)

I now have 73 troops and ive accomplished nothing other than winning a ton of tournaments. Ive tried raiding a village but an army of 200 fought me afterward. It seems theres no dialogue options to join any kingdoms or towns. What are my options at this point in the game?
