Companion cavalry party - Where do they get the horses from

I would like to make a companion lead a clan party with all horse archers. However, I'm not sure how they would upgrade the infantry to cavalry, or the cavalry to heavy cavalry. Do they need horses to upgrade troops, or do they 'cheat' and upgrade them without horses? Do they buy horses in towns, and if yes, which (since prices for especially war mounts can vary greatly)? Thanks in advance! Just Finished My Mighty Conquest

Sorry for the shitty picture (on console) but I just finished my conquest of Calradia. No mods, no scumming. Led the Southern Empire because I really like the Southern Empire. Only took me two generations but I completely wiped every faction off of the map after hundreds of sieges and battles. At one point we were down and reduced to two towns and a few castles. I’ll start a new save soon, I’ve just been looking forward to this for a while now.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
