Most polished complete overhaul mod?

This is a podcast that goes into the history of food. This episode is all about butter, the food/mascot of our sub and Swabia and butter lords everywhere

But, perhaps you feared that the all important butter might not make an appearance in Bannerlord

Here we find out that butter, while eschewed by the Romans (perhaps precursors to the evil Rhodoks, another reason to hate them), Swabian precursors and others used butter in worship ceremonies, as a sacrifice to gods and religious figures, as well as a food and hygiene product (to include slicking back hair).

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
