Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [ACOK 7.1] The Hound's and Baratheon Helmets

Anyone knows if you can still get the Hound's helmet in this version? I was not able to retrieve the shop in King's landing where you would be able to buy it in the 6.2 version of the mod.

Also is there a possibility to get the Baratheon Helmet without cheating?
