Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [AWOIAF] Question (possible spoilers)

Does the Starks retake the north from the Boltons at some point? I just did the red wedding event and I want to know so that I can decide what to do next reconquer the north or wait for the starks to do it.
