Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can you explain Paragidm worlds or whatever its called?

The crazy mod called Para-something.

Races and Factions, can i get a good M&B run out of it, is it tactical and all that?

Seems just like a extremly crazy mod made for fun, i dont understand it at all.
