Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Gaining fires from king.

What do I need to be ABLE to receive a fief? They sometimes tell me I have too many fiefs. For example I had 99 relation with talbar and - 50 with reland, both told me I have too many fiefs. What EXACTLY determines if you are ABLE to get a fief?
