Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. PoP

So I just got into the mod and I’m loving it. I saw tips that said to bait Noldor into attacking other parties, and help them so you gain relations. Do I have to wait a bit before I can gain positive relations for helping them? I did it three times and the last two times I got the “thanks for your help” screen but no relation bonus, only +4 for the first one I helped out with.

Also, any other tips would be nice!
