Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Spears

Spears are cool, they always beat swords and are the best weapon

But

Spears are practically useless unless they're a Lance in Warband

What are some mods that make Spears actually good? I know in dickplomacy they get rid of the stupid ass spear chop, but are there any others that go further? I want to stab swordsman
