Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What are the best M&B mods for me?

  1. I prefer the Viking conquest engine since everything looks better
  2. I prefer no fantasy or low fantasy
  3. I dont want it to be to hard. Like Pendor i think was pretty hard and with Ice and Fire it was annoying how much it took to raise and keep an army.
  4. I prefer it set in the West or a West like world rather then more of an Asian themed world, if you know what i mean.
