i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. My parties and caravans are bunch of hobos

There was a mod https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/497

Caravans, companions and parties were picking their own stuff base on their culture. Everyone were nicely geared and all was lore friendly.

Now I must equip everyone. And as the towns doesn't have all the weapons/armors set, it's a real pain in the ass...

Are you guys picking anything they encounter or you found a way to buy full sets of culture base stuff?
