STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. My parties and caravans are bunch of hobos

There was a mod https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/497

Caravans, companions and parties were picking their own stuff base on their culture. Everyone were nicely geared and all was lore friendly.

Now I must equip everyone. And as the towns doesn't have all the weapons/armors set, it's a real pain in the ass...

Are you guys picking anything they encounter or you found a way to buy full sets of culture base stuff?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
