How do I get my wife pregnant? Any methods to increase the likelihood?

Our clan got Uthelaim castle after the war with Battania (Best castle in-game, two bound villages produce Battanian noble line).I spend the whole peaceful winter there waiting with my wife Swana in my party and nothing happend ):. She is only 25 so there shouldn't be any problem. Are there any tricks to increase likelihood? I heard keeping beer in your party helps.
