What is fast mode?

Random crashes

Every now and then I’ll have the most random crashes seemingly out of nowhere. On the map, in a battle, in the tavern, etc. there seems to be no trigger it just happens every 30 minutes or an hour. is there any tips you guys could give about fixing it. Anything is appreciated :)
