FPS drop

I've been having Fps drop issues in battles. is there a setting that I can turn down to solve it?

The battle was 162 vs 160 and the fps dropped from 60 to 30 whenever I charged at the enemy.

I5 12400F

16gb 3200 MHZ ddr4

RX 480 4gb
