Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Tips?

I am grinding to get to 300 before I start my own kingdom as I want to be able to offer the rebel cities I've captured to recruit lords.

I've been selling wood in Aserai lands for profit but it's such a slog. What else can I do?

I'd rather not buy and sell food because obviously the party consumes that
