Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can't beat Aserai??

I was commanding an army of about 950, and we were attacked by an aserai army of only 675. I was surprised they pursued us and thought it would be a sure victory, even if costly. I normally have no problem defeating even or slightly larger forces. My party is a very diverse maxed out force of 190, and all the accompanying parties are northern empire, mostly mid to high tier troops. The aserai were about 50/50 between cavalry/horse archers and infantry. They wrecked us, eliminated my entire army and they only lost 350 men. (I save scummed so I can try again). Any recommendations for strategies to defeat the aserai armies?
