Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I told the Marshall to attack a fortress and he will surely lose. Will this open up the Marshall position?

I’m playing 1257 AD. I want to become Marshall of the faction. I told the current Marshall to attack Milano and he is gonna lose badly. At first, I planned on helping him but since I’m trying to become Marshall, I’m wondering if it’s a better strategy to let him lose, get fired from the position, and then hopefully get appointed. My question is, if he loses the siege, what consequences will I face? Will the King of the faction get mad at me?
