Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. New player needs help: Attempt to kill my king

Try to kill my own king with the "save prisoner" method. So I let him to get captured and try to "save" him. But then I realize that my chance of sneaking into the town is 0%? Why? Because of my army size or reputation? Any way of improve the percentage? Thanks in advance
