Why does it say my Army's party leaders are 15 hours away? Glitch #4284

I'm leading an army with about 6 parties in it, but I cannot talk or donate troops to any of them. It says they're all 16 hours away from me, the Army leader...

Is this another go f* myself glitch? Or can I do anything about it?
