Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Why does it say my Army's party leaders are 15 hours away? Glitch #4284

I'm leading an army with about 6 parties in it, but I cannot talk or donate troops to any of them. It says they're all 16 hours away from me, the Army leader...

Is this another go f* myself glitch? Or can I do anything about it?
