Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Another question but about besieges

Im was try to take a castle but an army decided to help we have been sieging for 20 days not even joking. They have nothing but the AI os refusing to attack. Like i run out of food and money because 1000 a day runs through the purse. Like why???
